Frequently asked questions

Roughly 24-48 hours after your order is submitted, you will receive an email with an order tracking number and link. Orders are not processed on weekends, so the email communication may take longer depending upon the day and time of order. 

You can also get details about your order by logging into your Enfamil account and checking your Active Orders on the My Orders page.

You can also send us an email anytime and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Once orders are placed they may not be able to be cancelled before shipping since we are working to meet our delivery times. If you do need to update/change/cancel an order, you may give us a call at 1-800-222-9123 during our business hours, and we will do our best to assist you with this process.

Unfortunately, at this time, the Enfamil Shop is not able to enroll any new subscribers into our program. We will keep you updated on when our subscription program will relaunch.

Enfamil Shop gift cards do not expire, so you can redeem now for any product available on Enfamil.com or hold onto your card(s) until your preferred product is available. If you have any questions regarding gift cards, please email us here.
