| ¼ cup | olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | red wine vinegar |

| 2 teaspoons | honey |
| 2 teaspoons | dried basil |
| ½ teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | small red onion, chopped |
| 4 | scallions, sliced into ½-inch pieces |
| ½ pint | cherry tomatoes, halved |

Directions
- Prepare the tortellini according to the package directions. Add the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Rinse the pasta and broccoli under cold water; drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey, basil, and salt.
- Add the tortellini and broccoli, onion, scallions, tomatoes, and cheese. Toss to coat well with the dressing. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
